All items are dispatched using Royal Mail 1st class postal service and Recorded delivery where appropriate or when asked for, large orders are dispatched using DHL or Fed Ex or Parcel Force, whatever is appropriate and convenient in getting the merchandise out to our clients with ease.

Damages, faulty items or any shortages must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the goods; goods damaged in transit or faulty will be replaced if reported within 24 hours of receiving the goods. Refund will only be available when we are unable to replace the goods. Any faulty or damage goods need to be returned before a replacement item can be dispatched, goods are sent in perfect condition unless stated otherwise. Most Multimedia products are sent factory sealed and therefore we cannot check if the item is faulty or not, they are sold in good faith but if an item is faulty or damaged we will replace the goods once we receive the original item sent. CD/DVD casing can at times get damaged in transit due to the possible pressure on the packaging, this is something that is difficult to avoid and therefore we may not be able to replace the casing for Multimedia Products. We do our utmost best to get the goods to you in perfect condition, however if when things do go wrong we will endeavour to do our best for all our valued customers.
